Welcome to Colleyville

A quiet suburb just minutes from luxury urban amenities

Mere miles from DFW International Airport and fifteen from central Fort Worth, the community of Colleyville is a beautiful and quiet place to grow and live. Known for its excellent schools, convenient location, and rural feel, several of Colleyville’s finest estates enjoy multi-acre lots rarely found in an urban setting. In Colleyville, rural tranquility and southern luxury come together, making it one of the metroplex’s finest places to call home.

Colleyville was first a small farming town, officially incorporated as a city in 1956. Today, this high-end suburb has grown and also benefited from the expansion of surrounding communities, allowing for a very fair cost of living in comparison to its neighbors. The peace, outdoor beauty, central location, and excellent schools make Colleyville a top-notch place to grow up and live life.

Local Lifestyle

To say a life lived in Colleyville is one of tranquility would be an understatement. Homes in Colleyville are more spaced out than those in some other nearby neighborhoods, ensuring peace, privacy, and room to grow for all residents. Despite feeling worlds away from the chaos and fast pace of more urban parts of the metroplex, Colleyville is conveniently located not far from anything one could ever need. One of the nation’s best-ranked suburban communities boasts a highly rated school district, close proximity to amenities and entertainment options, and a lower cost of living than many other surrounding neighborhoods.

Dining, Entertainment, and Shopping

This understated elegance shines through in the ambient decor, cozy burgundy booths, and crisp white tablecloths. Chef Point Bar & Restaurant is a light, bright eatery specializing in New American cuisine. This new location is more refined and relaxed, but still enjoys the same incredible lobster bisque, chicken scaloppini, and weekend brunch.

Costa Vida is a more laid-back alternative serving Mexican fare in colorful settings. This counter-service favorite specializes in Baja-style taco, burritos, and bowls, with several healthier and gluten-free options available.

Costa Vida is located in Town Center Colleyville, along with a number of other cafes, shops, and local businesses. The largest shop in Town Center is Market Street, a vast grocery market offering both everyday pantry staples and gourmet specialty products designed to elevate even the most simple of meals. Exquisite baked goods, craft beer, delicatessen favorites, sushi, sauces, and more can all be found under one roof, making it an essential one-stop-shop for a big night in.
