I recently sold a house with Katie Durham as my Realtor®. I was very impressed with her expertise and responsiveness and especially her overall enthusiasm. Denise McClelland was exceptional! We were saved by her knowledge and experience from a $19,000 debt which we would have incurred unknowingly due to a solar panel contract which we were surprised with after we decided to enter into the contract on the house that we were going to buy. Denise worked vigilantly to make sure it was negotiated to either have the solar panel contract paid off completely prior to closing or we could legally back out of the contract if we desired to do so. Parker and his team are absolutely professional and will go the extra mile for you! We had to move out of state before the house was ready. Parker checked in with the contractor and oversaw painting and repairs and communicated everything to us. He had a great stager come in and stage the house for us. He literally coordinated everything for us and helped us out with so much that we were just not able to do. Though it was a long drive, he was always going out to check on the house.
