Meet the Team

Jessica did such a great job In helping my husband and me find a home. She managed to help us find a home, close, and negotiate great terms with the seller all in a matter of 3 weeks. Definitely recommend!

Denise is professional, responsive, and most importantly gets results. She works tirelessly to help clients reach their goals. She has a servant's heart and I highly recommend Denise to anyone needing real estate services.

We have worked with Denise on both ends of the residential real estate process. Both times, she has guided us with expertise, integrity, and knowledge. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. You won’t be disappointed!

Denise was amazing. The best real estate agent we have ever worked with and we have worked with many. Denise was professional, informative, knowledgeable, and most of all a great listener. Thank you, Denise. It was a true pleasure working with you.

Denise did a great job with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. She is prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable, and helped us a ton during a very hectic time! We cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and work ethic. We highly recommend her!

We actually used Katie Durham. And she was absolutely amazing. I have already recommended her to anyone and everyone that I know is looking to buy or sell. She was very responsive, respected what we wanted, and legitimately tried her hardest in everything from the time we met to the closing of the house. Katie is an A+ Realtor®.

Denise was personally committed to helping us find a home in the crazy DFW market. We successfully located and closed on a beautiful home and great neighborhood in early May and are working to get settled in. Denise was available anytime we had questions and made great recommendations on mortgage financing. Denise was outstanding to work with.

Shelley was the best person I could ask for in buying my first house. Any issues that came up, she was responsive right away. She was on top of the lender and seller the entire time to ensure everything was done on time. She takes time out of her day to ensure you are in a good position. I suggest you work with Shelley if you want someone that is there for you from start to finish.

Denise was super from the start. She had all of the answers as to what I needed to do to prepare for selling my house. She had great contacts to those who were skilled in doing the multiple things that had to get done - with the most important one being that of, one might say, a handyman. One who was a Jack of all trades, master of who knows how many. They got the house in tip-top condition ready for a buyer.

Katie has been absolutely amazing! She's incredibly professional and knowledgeable! Along with being very helpful and patient, always ready to answer our calls and questions. She guided us through this process, which could have been very stressful, but always made us feel at ease knowing she had our best interest at heart. She was instrumental in helping us get our home! We highly recommend Katie and will always keep her as our Realtor® for any future needs.

Being a first-time buyer I had a ton of questions and concerns. Justin was more than accommodating and was able to land me a house that met all of my requirements! While in the process of searching he never wasted my time with listings that were out of budget or lacked amenities that I specifically requested. Whether you're a first-time buyer, or just looking to make a change of scenery; you can count on Mr. Mueller to deliver a seamless and headache-free home-buying experience!

Denise is an absolute rock star! When we moved to Texas, we bought our first house with her. Not knowing the area and after explaining to her what we were looking for, she found the perfect house in the perfect location. She really listens to her clients and makes it as stress-free as possible. Now we are selling and buying at the same time with her and she is on top of everything again, making it seamless and is with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Denise, couldn’t be happier!

I recently sold a house with Katie Durham as my Realtor®. I was very impressed with her expertise and responsiveness and especially her overall enthusiasm. She very quickly answered any question I had and was very professional. For example, the day before my house was to close, a storm had damaged some shingles and caused a roof leak. Katie arranged a roofing company to fix the roof and personally, she went over and painted the spot on the ceiling. I was impressed and would recommend her to anyone.

Working with Denise is simply fabulous! She has sold two homes for me in different towns, in different price ranges, with and without acreage, and in different market conditions, quickly at better than market prices. Everything about the process from market research for listing price, staging, marketing, working with buyer’s agents, and closing has been professional and efficient. Denise actually made the process fun. How often can you say that, especially in a pandemic? Denise’s talent is the reason I was a repeat customer.

Denise McClelland was exceptional! We were saved by her knowledge and experience from a $19,000 debt which we would have incurred unknowingly due to a solar panel contract which we were surprised with after we decided to enter into the contract on the house that we were going to buy. Denise worked vigilantly to make sure it was negotiated to either have the solar panel contract paid off completely prior to closing or we could legally back out of the contract if we desired to do so. Thank you! Our first home buying experience. It was phenomenal.

Finding and working with Denise has been such a blessing to our family. When we first moved from Florida to Texas we had no idea what area to move to in the DFW metroplex. We found Denise after several recommendations and after our initial meeting, she took all of our suggestions into careful consideration and found the perfect house for us in Grapevine. Since then (thinking it was going to be very stressful) we sold that house and bought a new house at the same time with Denise and she made everything go so smoothly from start to finish. She was with us every step of the way and made us feel at ease during the process. I can’t recommend her enough ...

I am new to Texas and was renting an apartment for approximately two years. My goal was to become familiar with my new state prior to buying a home. I am quite impulsive, know what I want, and demand professional follow-through and Knowledge. Denise McCelland Johnson provided this and more. When it comes to being dedicated to your needs Denise has all the bases covered. What she does not know, she seeks out and finds the answers, there are no obstacles she was not able to overcome. Denise did an excellent job guiding me through my home negotiation, leading me to make the right decision, putting my interest before all others. Denise sets the standard...

I will never buy an investment property (or any other property!) without Jessica Harrison. She was incredible and made my life so easy. Since she is an investor herself, she could answer all of my questions. I very much value her opinion and understanding of the real estate and rental market. I got the chance to work with some of her other teammates as well, and I am impressed by the whole group! Very highly recommended

Jessica Harrison is awesome! Not only is she very knowledgeable of the market she works in, she is very responsive. Her responsiveness and overall willingness to help made this experience a great one and valuable one. During the closing process and even past closing on the property, Jessica has been very responsive and helpful in answering any questions. Thanks to Jessica, we not only are going to begin investing in real estate in Texas, but found a place we can call home in Texas.

Jessica Harrison is amazing! She always explained everything in great detail. If she didn’t know the answer, she would research and get back to us promptly. She was friendly, kind and always looked out for our family’s best interest!

Justin Mueller with Torelli Properties is BEYOND the definition of the "perfect" realtor. His customer service is parallel to perfection. I've purchased many homes in my lifetime and my experience with Justin was the ultimate. He is always one step ahead of the questions and provides an immediate response. He made closing on our Dallas high-rise condo the dream-of-a-lifetime. I will forever sing his praises.

Update: Life changes had me selling my home about a year later and Katie was there for me again. Having worked with TPG and Katie on both buying and selling, I would recommend her and the team to anyone. If I move back to TX, I wouldn't call anyone else. I had a great experience with Torelli Properties. Katie was my realtor and she was instrumental in helping me move to TX from out of state. You can't go wrong with TPG!! Highly, highly recommend.

Shelley Bunch helped me go up against this crazy real estate market in the Dallas area. She kept her cool and got me a home that fit all my needs. The home buying process has tons of ups and downs, and Shelley was unflappable throughout it. When I was losing my cool and getting frustrated, she always was reassuring and calm, and was always patient with me. She is responsive and takes your home finding journey seriously from start to finish, even after the sale is done!

We used Katie Durham to purchase an investment property and she was professional. punctual, and very efficient throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend and use her in future transactions.

Cannot express enough gratitude to Denise and the team! I would recommend Torelli Properties Group to everyone. My husband and I were first time homebuyers this year and Denise went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. We love our new home, we loved our experience. Thanks a million!

Shine was wonderful and helped us to find the house of our dreams. She is very attentive, resourceful and motivated. Thanks to her help we closed on our house in a record time.

Expert advice and excellent follow-up.

Parker Schultz is a professional in his business of real estate. He is very knowledgeable of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and how hot the market was at the time of the sale of my house. Parker was extremely helpful with my wants and needs to sell my home. My home was put on the market on Friday afternoon and we accepted an offer by Monday noon. Parker's work ethic is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a phenomenal Realtor.

Shine was a wonderful agent who was knowledgeable and timely. As first time homebuyers I was very appreciative of the educational and professional experience she was able to provide. I am excited to be a home owner!

Outstanding support and service throughout every phase of the process. Honest, experts, caring, considerate and professional. This was the first time I have used them and they will be my Go TO realtor forever. Thank you for all your work and compassion.

Jessica was great to work with. She helped me zero in on the area I wanted to purchase in Texas. She had invaluable advise. She has systems set up that made the entire process seem effortless. I would definitely recommend her!

Katie is exceptional in all aspects. She is very knowledge . We really appreciate her guidance throughout the process. She very thougtfull & very nice human being. We can recommend her to any future clients.

Words can’t describe the home buying experience Denise and Torelli Properties Group created for us. There were times I would actually forget that our Agent Denise was servicing other clients in parallel. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Always patient, always personal and a shark when it came to negotiations. Denise Johnson is the best agent we have ever had the privilege of working with, and we truly thank her and her team for helping out my family and I in our forever home.

This is the best team! I would recommend them always. Katie Durham is the best!

Shine Pickler and Parker Schultz were very helpful & reassuring while searching for a new home in a volatile housing market. They found a cozy home for me and my fur babies to enjoy! Both were a pleasure to work with.

Torelli is it!!! Not only was our house on the market and sold in no time, but we landed our dream home and could not be happier. The selling and closing (at the same time) process was simple and all because these fabulous people were there for us every step of the way! We were so nervous buying and selling at the same time, but it went so smoothly and we never had any doubts or questions along the way. Denise, Shelley, and Justin literally made all of this possible for our family. We could not be happier and owe all of this to Torelli!

Justin Mueller with Torelli Properties went to great lengths in helping us secure a contract on our new home while simultaneously listing my previous home and reeling in the right buyer within 4 days. AND, he worked it out to ensure that both homes closed on the same day -- Incredible! Working within an extremely tight timeline, he impeccably juggled tasks and managed the schedules/details while guiding & encouraging us through every step of the process, truly making us feel as though we were his only client (and I assure you, we were not). We cannot recommend Justin and the Torelli team highly enough. Thank you Justin and team!

I couldn’t have had a better experience with the Torelli Group. Our realtor, Jessica Harrison, made the whole process effortless for us. She was solely concerned with finding us what we wanted and getting us the best deal. She was always positive, confident, and had answers to all of our many questions! We ended up getting such an unbelievably beautiful home because of her very skillful negotiating. She also made our offer personal and unique - I truly believe we got our home because of her. This was our first home purchase and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without Jessica.

Katie with Torelli Properties was outstanding. She was kind, understanding of my needs and highly professional. I am very grateful she was able to find a home for me in such a crazy market. I highly recommend this team for any of your real estate needs. Thank you Katie, Denise and Torelli Properties! Beth. Ft. Worth, TX

Had the pleasure of working with Jessica H as my realtor, and I couldn’t be happier. From the onset, She was very attentive, knowledgeable and went above board to ensure requirements were met. Her communication and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the process

I've worked with Justin for several transactions now and every experience has been top-notch. He really does have incredible market knowledge and really does put his clients first. Would highly recommend Justin to friends and family looking to buy, rent or sell property in the DFW area!

We are so thankful to Justin for putting us in our first home! He made the process so easy! He took great care of us and made sure we got the best deal. He was always looking out for our best interest and we could trust him to help us with one of the biggest decisions we ever had to make! We highly recommend him!

Parker and his team are absolutely professional and will go the extra mile for you! We had to move out of state before the house was ready. Parker checked in with the contractor and oversaw painting and repairs and communicated everything to us. He had a great stager come in and stage the house for us. He literally coordinated everything for us and helped us out with so much that we were just not able to do. Though it was a long drive, he was always going out to check on the house. He even collected mail that USPS failed to forward and sent it to us in a UPS box! In the end, Parker found the buyer which saved us a ton in commissions and he got the d...

Our Agent, Shelley, was very responsive to all our questions and concerns about buying a house. She was available to meet with us on weekdays and weekends where it fit our schedule and she gave us good advice throughout the process. We are thrilled to move into our new home soon!

Denise made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. This was our second time working with her to sell a home, and once again, she exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

I worked with Jessica on the purchase of an investment property, she is very professional and knowledgeable, she helped me with every steps and details in the home buying process. She is very responsive, always just a text away!

My interaction with Torelli Properties Group was with Elisa Aponte. She's fabulous! She's patient and knowledgeable, and a true asset to your organization.

I can’t say enough great things about Preeti Bhagia, who helped us rent out our home. As first-time landlords, we had a lot of questions, and she was informative, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to rent out our space within just a few weeks of listing it. Preeti is one of the kindest and most polite people I’ve worked with, which made it incredibly easy to communicate our needs. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Preeti Bhagia, with Torelli properties group, is an amazing real estate agent! And we have had many in the past handle our real estate needs! She is efficient, professional, people savvy, and gets the job done with amazing speed! We will definitely use her services in the future!

We wish we could give this company more than five stars. We have sold several homes in the past, and we could not have asked for a harder working, more professional group of realtors. We worked with Denise Johnson specifically and Justin Mueller. After using another realtor on this house, Denise came in and did a better description of the house to make it more attractive, took better pictures and worked hard to have many open houses. She gave good advice and even helped us with other services such as decorators and inspectors. We would use her again and can't wait to send some of our friends her way!
