The Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area continues to be one of the country’s hottest housing markets in 2022. Dallas, in particular, has been the top destination for the past few years as more large corporations moved their headquarters to the area. As more people moved to DFW neighborhoods, the demand for housing has exploded. The demand for turnkey properties has led to bidding wars and high prices. In addition, the construction supply shortages have led to even more demand for turnkey properties and newly built homes, causing growth in the suburban neighborhoods. 

Top Ranked Cities In DFW

In fact, a recent study by the personal finance website WalletHub has ranked four DFW cities among the top ten most attractive real estate markets in the United States. Frisco made it to the number one spot out of the top ten cities out of the top ten cities. McKinney, Denton, and Allen ranked within the top six!

While it’s true that millennials are flocking to DFW neighborhoods, the fastest-growing neighborhoods are typically the ones best rated for raising a family. These neighborhoods are sought after because of their schools, crime rates, cost of living, and location of family-friendly amenities. 

Coppell 

Located less than half an hour from downtown Dallas, Coppell is exploding with job opportunities. It’s home to many big-name companies, including an Amazon fulfillment center and Samsung warehouse. The neighborhoods in Coppell feature large homes of all types and some of the best schools. Coppell ISD is one of Dallas’ best school districts, as well as the Riverchase Montessori School

Frisco

University Park

University Park is located twenty minutes from downtown Dallas and home to Southern Methodist University.
