The Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area continues to be one of the country’s hottest housing markets in 2022. Dallas, in particular, has been the top destination for the past few years as more large corporations moved their headquarters to the area. As more people moved to DFW neighborhoods, the demand for housing has exploded. The demand for turnkey properties has led to bidding wars and high prices. Top Ranked Cities In DFW

In fact, a recent study by the personal finance website WalletHub has ranked four DFW cities among the top ten most attractive real estate markets in the United States. Coppell 

Located less than half an hour from downtown Dallas, Coppell is exploding with job opportunities. It’s home to many big-name companies, including an Amazon fulfillment center and Samsung warehouse. The neighborhoods in Coppell feature large homes of all types and some of the best schools. Coppell ISD is one of Dallas’ best school districts, as well as the Riverchase Montessori School

University Park
